Step 2: Choose the Type of Registration
Ongoing Class Registration
For recurring monthly programs
Choose this option if you’d like to enroll in one of our ongoing classes with monthly tuition.
How to Enroll:
- Log into your Member Portal.
- From the main menu, select Register (Ongoing Class Registration).
- Search for the class you’d like to enroll in.
- Select your desired class.
- Complete your registration and checkout.
Your enrollment will remain active each month until you submit notice to withdraw in accordance with our studio policies.
Drop-In Registration
For one-time class attendance
Choose this option if you’d like to attend a single class without enrolling in an ongoing program.
How to Enroll:
- Log into your Member Portal.
- From the main menu, select DROP-IN.
- Select the class you’d like to attend.
- Complete your registration and checkout.
Pop-Up Classes + One-Time Events
For classes and events that don’t require ongoing enrollment
Choose this option to register for one-time classes, workshops, socials, community events, and other special offerings.
How to Register:
- Log into your Member Portal.
- From the main menu, select Events.
- Select the class or event you’d like to attend.
- Complete your registration and checkout.
Step 3: Complete Your Waivers
Before attending your first visit, please make sure all required waivers and participant information have been completed within your Member Portal.
Step 4: You’re Ready!
Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your first class so we can welcome you, answer any questions, and help you get settled.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Member Portal account?
Yes. Every participant must have a Member Portal account before attending classes or events.
I only want to attend one class. Why does it show monthly tuition?
Many classes offer both Monthly Enrollment and Drop-In Registration.
When registering, simply select DROP IN instead of the monthly enrollment option.
When is payment due?
Monthly enrollments are automatically processed using your payment method on file on the 15th of the month.
Drop-In classes and Special Events are charged at the time of registration.
Can I use Step Up for Students?
Yes! Evolve Dance & Fitness Studio is a Step Up for Students Direct Provider.
Eligible families may allocate EMA funds toward qualifying programs.
