Participants will begin with a brief introduction to the history of charcuterie before learning beautiful board-building techniques like creating pepperoni roses, salami rivers, and arranging a balanced, eye-catching spread.
After the guided lesson, each guest will receive their own board to design during a relaxed social period where you can snack, connect, ask questions, and enjoy the experience together.
